The Campbell Money Movement Strategy:
A Practical Guide to Market-Timed Investing

Time your investments in real estate, the stock market, 
and money markets to safely average 
up to 20% (or more) per year ... for years on end.

           There's no better feeling than the feeling you get when you know you're in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing, the right way.

           All markets move in trends, and all trends have a beginning and an end.  As a gray matter investor - whether it's real estate or stocks - the key is to get in at the beginning of a rising trend ... ride the trend upward for maximum capital appreciation ... and then get out of the way of a falling trend.

Here's the step-by-step formula for becoming

1.  Starting at age 18, put $3,000 per year into an Investment Retirement 
     Account (IRA).

2.  Invest the IRA funds into a no-load stock market mutual fund.

3.  Use Robert Campbell's stock market timing system to move money into
     and out of the stock market.  You should average 12 to 14% per year, 
     depending on what the stock market does.

4.  When cyclical market forces take real estate values to depressed levels, 
     use your IRA investment funds to buy real estate at bargain prices for an
 
     anticipated 3 to 6 year holding period.

5.  After the real estate market rebounds - and prices climb to new highs at a
     cyclical
market peak - sell your high-priced real estate and lock-in profits.

6.  Take your real estate profits and put them back in your no-load stock 
     market mutual fund.

7.  Repeat steps 3 to 6 - over and over again - to amass more and more wealth.

       In other words, buy low and sell high ... in the real estate market and in the stock market.  And when both of these markets are likely to head lower, move your investment capital into the safe harbor of a risk-free money market account.
