San Diego Short Sale Expert While it seems that every Realtor claims to be a short sale expert – truth be told, roughly 10% of all short-sales actually close. That’s the industry average – and that’s not good. But one Realtor I know does better than that – way better. His success rate in closing short sales is in the range of 80% to 90%, which as far as I know is about as good as it gets in the short sale business.
