"The Housing Bubble - Time Bomb or a Dud?"

Here's how you can "read" the market's tell-tale signs that
will signal a possible real estate crash . . .

Dear Concerned Real Estate Investor:

Do you remember the high-tech NASDAQ bubble of 1999?

Looking back at the steep rise the stock market took in the 1990’s, the lesson we all learned – or should have learned – is that markets can get ridiculously over-inflated then come crashing down.

With the spectacular climb we are now seeing in real estate prices, is this a housing bubble that is getting ready to burst?

There’s no question that U.S. housing prices have been booming lately.  Since 1995, the median priced home is up by 40 percent.  While a 40 percent rise may not appear to be frothy, don’t be fooled.  When adjusted for inflation, this seven-year run-up in U.S. home prices is the largest real gain ever recorded in history.

That’s why Mark Zandi, chief economist at Economy.com warns us of a possible real estate bubble:  "The day of reckoning will come. The longer the housing boom lasts, the deeper the eventual downturn.”

The Coming Real Estate Collapse?

Right now, housing prices are rising far more rapidly than personal incomes.  The gap between housing prices and what a home can be rented for is rapidly widening as well.  These are both ominous trends ... and history shows us that neither of these trends will go on forever.

All bubbles – including real estate bubbles – happen when the price of an asset accelerates beyond its underlying  value.  Then a price correction is guaranteed.

Is this a real estate bubble that will soon to be followed by a real estate crash … or is real estate still the place to be?

My book Timing the Real Estate Market shows you how to “read” the market’s future intentions with an accuracy that will amaze you.   A 21-year track-record with a 78% success rate is presented, and I don't know if anyone else on the planet will ever be able to do better than this.

I urge you to read it.
